Declaration of Intent

“Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize
the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development”

Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University defines development according to the 20-year university Strategic Plan (2018 - 2037) which is divided into 4 phases focusing on creating excellence in 4 main areas, including being a superior university in the production of professional teachers, being a leader in local development, being a Green University and being a Smart University. The mission of the university consists of
     1) producing knowledgeable graduate students with high ethical standards and the ability to adapt themselves in regards to global change
     2) producing and developing a high standard of professional teachers
     3) conducting research, constructing knowledge and developing technology and innovation based on Thai and international wisdom
     4) strengthening the local community to be recognized internationally
     5) inheriting national arts & culture and creating values of local wisdom towards international perspectives and 6) administering under the Good Corporate
Governance of the university.

NRRU would like to announce its intention to proceed in implementing the following “ Sustainable Development Goals ( SDGs) ” for Strengthening the means of
implementation and revitalizing the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development as follows:
    (1) End poverty in all its forms everywhere
    (2) End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture
    (3) Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being
    (4) Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all
    (5) Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
    (6) Ensure the availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all
    (7) Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all
    (8) Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
    (9) Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusiveand sustainable industrialization and foster innovation
   (10) Reduce inequality within and among countries
   (11) Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable
   (12) Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns
   (13) Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts
   (14) Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development
   (15) Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss
   (16) Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels
   (17) Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development
 

ประกาศเจตนารมณ์
“เสริมความเข้มแข็งให้แก่กลไกการดำเนินงานและฟื้นฟูสภาพหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระดับโลก
สำหรับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน”

     มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมามีแนวทางการพัฒนาตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัย ระยะ ๒๐ ปี (พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๑ – ๒๕๘๐) แบ่งเป็น ๔ ระยะ โดยมีเป้าหมายหรือจุดเน้นที่จะสร้างความเป็นเลิศใน ๔ ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ การเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำด้านการผลิตครู เป็นผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น เป็น Green University และ Smart University และพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยประกอบด้วย
     ๑) ผลิตบัณฑิตที่สำนักดี มีความรู้ และสามารถปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมโลก
     ๒) ผลิตและพัฒนาครูมืออาชีพ
     ๓) วิจัย สร้างองค์ความรู้ พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมบนพื้นฐานของภูมิปัญญาไทยและสากล
     ๔) เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนสู่การยอมรับในระดับสากล
     ๕) สืบสานศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชาติและสร้างสรรค์คุณค่าภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นก้าวไกลสู่สากล และ
     ๖) บริหารจัดการภายใต้การกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี
ขอประกาศเจตนารมณ์ว่า จะดำเนินการตาม “เป้าหมายการพัฒนาแห่งสหัสวรรษ” เสริมความเข้มแข็งให้แก่กลไกการดำเนินงานและฟื้นฟูสภาพหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระดับโลก สำหรับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ในด้านใดด้านหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
     (๑) ยุติความยากจนทุกรูปแบบในทุกที่
     (๒) ยุติความหิวโหย บรรลุความมั่นคงทางอาหารและยกระดับโภชนาการ และส่งเสริมเกษตรกรรมที่ยั่งยืน
     (๓) สร้างหลักประกันว่าคนมีชีวิตที่มีสุขภาพดีและส่งเสริมสวัสดิภาพส าหรับทุกคนในทุกวัย
     (๔) สร้างหลักประกันว่าทุกคนมีการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพอย่างครอบคลุมและเท่าเทียม และสนับสนุนโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต
     (๕) บรรลุความเสมอภาคระหว่างเพศและให้อำนาจของผู้หญิงและเด็กหญิงทุกคน
     (๖) สร้างหลักประกันว่าจะมีการจัดให้มีน้ าและสุขอนามัยส าหรับทุกคน และมีการบริหารจัดการที่ยั่งยืน
     (๗) สร้างหลักประกันว่าทุกคนเข้าถึงพลังงานสมัยใหม่ในราคาที่สามารถซื้อหาได้ เชื่อถือได้ และยั่งยืน
     (๘) ส่งเสริมการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจที่ต่อเนื่อง ครอบคลุม และยั่งยืน การจ้างงานเต็มที่และมีผลิตภาพและการมีงานที่สมควรส าหรับทุกคน
     (๙) สร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่มีความทนทาน ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมที่ครอบคลุมและยั่งยืนและส่งเสริมนวัตกรรม
    (๑๐) ลดความไม่เสมอภาคภายในและระหว่างประเทศ
    (๑๑) ทำให้เมืองและการตั้งถิ่นฐานของมนุษย์มีความครอบคลุม ปลอดภัย มีภูมิต้านทาน และยั่งยืน
    (๑๒) สร้างหลักประกันให้มีรูปแบบการบริโภคและผลิตที่ยั่งยืน
    (๑๓) ปฏิบัติการอย่างเร่งด่วนเพื่อต่อสู้กับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้น
    (๑๔) อนุรักษ์และใช้ประโยชน์จากมหาสมุทร ทะเล และทรัพยากรทางทะเลอย่างยั่งยืนเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
    (๑๕) ปกป้อง ฟื้นฟู และสนับสนุนการใช้ระบบนิเวศบนบกอย่างยั่งยืน จัดการป่าไม้อย่างยั่งยืน ต่อสู้การกลายสภาพเป็นทะเลทราย หยุดการเสื่อมโทรมของที่ดินและฟื้นสภาพกลับมาใหม่ และหยุดการสูญเสียความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ
    (๑๖) ส่งเสริมสังคมที่สงบสุขและครอบคลุมเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ให้ทุกคนเข้าถึงความยุติธรรม และสร้างสถาบันที่มีประสิทธิผล รับผิดรับชอบ และครอบคลุมในทุกระดับ
    (๑๗) เสริมความเข้มแข็งให้แก่กลไกการดำเนินงานและฟื้นฟูสภาพหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระดับโลกสำหรับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
